James Moloney
Jim has advised foreign and domestic investors and entrepreneurs for more than 35 years. 
His expertise includes securities law compliance, international corporate acquisitions and finance,
complex real estate transactions, shareholder disputes and the formation and operation of business entities.  He has extensive experience advising investors in troubled EB-5 projects.

Attorney Lin is a AILA member since 2017. She is admitted to District of Columbia and New Jersey bar. She specialized in immigration law. Attorney Lin obtained her Juris Doctor from the Fordham University School of Law.
